Formerly operating as QT Event Management, Pacific Events has been delivering conferences, corporate events, and incentive programmes across New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific for almost 20 years. We understand how destinations work, how they move, and how to make events run smoothly — from navigating peak seasons and local nuances to working with the right venues, suppliers and experiences that genuinely deliver. That knowledge allows us to design events that feel effortless for clients and exceptional for delegates. We specialise in end-to-end conference and event management, supporting association conferences, corporate events and incentive programmes.
